We are dedicated to ensuring your dumpster rental experience is smooth and hassle-free while providing exceptional service.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>PROPERTY DAMAGE LIABILITY WAIVER<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Customer acknowledges that delivery, drop-off, or retrieval of dumpsters involves inherent risks of property damage that are both foreseeable and unforeseeable.<\/strong>&nbsp;By directing Bin-Drop to place or pickup containers on their property, Customer:<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Accepts all risks<\/strong>&nbsp;associated with dumpster placement and removal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Agrees Bin-Drop shall not be liable<\/strong>&nbsp;for any damage to property including but not limited to lawns, landscaping, pavements, curbs, sidewalks, utilities, driveways, or underground storage tanks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Waives all claims<\/strong>&nbsp;for property damage arising from normal dumpster operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>CONTAINER CONDITION AND DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITY<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customer must&nbsp;<strong>inspect container condition upon delivery<\/strong>&nbsp;and immediately report any pre-existing damage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Customer is fully responsible<\/strong>&nbsp;for any damage to the container while in their possession, including but not limited to fire, theft, door damage, welding damage, paint damage, or any other harm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>All repair costs<\/strong>&nbsp;will be charged to the customer\u2019s credit card on file<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>CONTAINER MOVEMENT PROHIBITION<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customer&nbsp;<strong>cannot move or authorize anyone to move<\/strong>&nbsp;any container without Bin-Drop\u2019s express written permission<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Unauthorized movement voids all warranties<\/strong>&nbsp;and Customer assumes full liability for any resulting damage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>If relocation is necessary,<\/strong>&nbsp;Bin-Drop will schedule the move and charge&nbsp;<strong>$250.00 bin moving fee<\/strong>&nbsp;to the credit card on file<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>PROPERTY ACCESS RIGHTS<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bin-Drop has the&nbsp;<strong>irrevocable right to enter<\/strong>&nbsp;Customer\u2019s property for delivery, pickup, maintenance, and regulatory compliance (including NJDEP decal updates)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer grants Bin-Drop an\u00a0<strong>easement for container-related operations<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>RENTAL PERIOD AND EXTENSIONS<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Standard rental period:<\/strong>&nbsp;7 days including delivery, pickup, and disposal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Extensions beyond 7 days<\/strong>&nbsp;incur additional daily fees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bin-Drop reserves the right<\/strong>&nbsp;to retrieve containers after 10 days regardless of Customer preference<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>PAYMENT AND BILLING TERMS<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Credit cards charged in full<\/strong>&nbsp;prior to delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Additional charges<\/strong>&nbsp;(overweight, violations, fees) will be charged to card on file<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Updated receipts<\/strong>&nbsp;will be provided for additional charges<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fuel surcharge applies<\/strong>&nbsp;to all orders as separate line item<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND DELIVERY<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Customer expressly agrees that:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>All electronic signatures are valid and binding<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Email delivery constitutes legal notice<\/strong>&nbsp;equivalent to certified mail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Customer is responsible<\/strong>&nbsp;for maintaining current email address and monitoring all folders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Spam filter issues do not void<\/strong>&nbsp;Customer\u2019s obligations under these terms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>All documents<\/strong>&nbsp;(invoices, notices, terms) may be delivered electronically<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>These terms are governed by New Jersey law<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Any disputes subject to binding arbitration<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Customer waives right to jury trial<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Customer responsible for all collection costs and attorney class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>ACCESS REQUIREMENTS AND OBSTRUCTION FEES<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customer&nbsp;<strong>must provide unobstructed access<\/strong>&nbsp;on delivery and pickup days<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>If delivery or pickup cannot be completed due to obstruction,<\/strong>&nbsp;Customer\u2019s credit card will be charged&nbsp;<strong>$250.00 attempt fee<\/strong>&nbsp;per occurrence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u201cObstruction\u201d includes<\/strong>&nbsp;but is not limited to vehicles, debris, construction materials, or any impediment to truck access<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>PROHIBITED MATERIALS AND HAZARDOUS WASTE<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Customer is STRICTLY PROHIBITED from placing the following materials in any container:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hazardous materials: gas\/fuel, oil, antifreeze, paint, asbestos, chemicals (pesticides, fertilizers, cleaning products, mercury-containing items, pool chemicals, turpentine, weed killers)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Municipal waste, contaminated waste or soil, incinerator ash, septic waste, sewage sludge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batteries, liquids, brick, concrete, rocks, dirt, ash, plant material<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>VIOLATION CONSEQUENCES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Customer assumes full liability<\/strong>&nbsp;for all costs associated with hazardous\/prohibited waste disposal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Minimum penalty of $350.00<\/strong>&nbsp;will be imposed, plus actual cleanup costs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Customer indemnifies Bin-Drop<\/strong>&nbsp;against all claims, damages, and regulatory penalties<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cleanup costs include<\/strong>&nbsp;but are not limited to dumpster decontamination, truck cleaning, equipment replacement, and employee safety gear<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>FILL LINE COMPLIANCE AND OVERWEIGHT CHARGES<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customer&nbsp;<strong>must observe the fill line<\/strong>&nbsp;marked on the container<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Overfilled containers cannot be retrieved<\/strong>&nbsp;until excess material is removed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Each pickup attempt for overfilled\/overweight containers<\/strong>&nbsp;results in a&nbsp;<strong>$250.00 charge<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>For overweight containers:<\/strong>&nbsp;Customer must reduce weight or rent additional container at full price<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Load balancing fee:<\/strong>&nbsp;$250.00 per hour if Bin-Drop must redistribute weight<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Overweight tonnage fee:<\/strong>&nbsp;$130-$150 per ton (prorated) charged at pickup<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>CANCELLATION AND SCHEDULING POLICIES<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cancellations within 24 hours<\/strong>&nbsp;of scheduled delivery incur&nbsp;<strong>$250.00 scheduling adjustment charge<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance<\/strong>&nbsp;receive full refund<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Priority deliveries\/pickups<\/strong>&nbsp;incur additional&nbsp;<strong>$250.00 charge<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote
